CD-Module Technology

mft offers for waste water applications the patented Circular Disc Module. This module is a Plate-and-Frame-Module which is optimised regarding hydraulic and fluid flow.

The mft - Module is able to coop with a higher SDI - Index than other systems in the market and is therefore best equipped for waste water applications. As a pre treatment only a conventional sand filter or cartridge filter is needed.

Membrane Types:
Membranes of nearly all membrane manufacturer can be used in the CD - Module. The membrane cushions can be exchanged. They are available as a complete set as well as in low quantities.

The CD - Module has the following operational advantages:

  • Wide field of applications because of the diminished pressure loss in module
  • Long membrane lifetime because of the high constant fluid velocity
  • High Permeate Recovery because of optimised cross-flow-filtration
